How quickly should I expect a response to my online order of Spam KO?
Orders are processed immediately, so the key should not take very long to arrive. If you have not received your key one hour after the order was confirmed, then contact us.

How do I activate my software?
Whenever you start Spam KO you will be presented a Reminder Window that has a 'Enter Key' button. Click the 'Enter Key' button and you will immediately see the Enter Key Window. Here you need to enter your Name and Key exactly as it is in your email receipt and click OK. Your software will now be activated and you will no longer see the Reminder Window. Please note: the Serial Number is the Key (number) you enter.

Can I upgrade directly from the trial version?
Yes, you can upgrade from the free trial version by clicking on the 'buy now' button. After receiving your Name and Key simply enter to activate your software.
